Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. - Process and code accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable, including contacting customers for payment follow-ups.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments.
- Utilize the SyteLine ERP system for accounting and administrative tasks.
- Organize and manage filing systems for financial and clerical documents.
- Conduct general office duties to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Experience with QuickBooks and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of the SyteLine ERP system is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in an accounting or clerical role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced setting.
