- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage invoice processing, including reviewing and validating invoices for correctness.
- Handle billing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Enter financial data into accounting systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to maintain and track financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency.
- Generate reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist with other accounting duties as needed to support the department. Requirements - Proven experience in account reconciliation and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Proficiency in billing processes and invoice processing.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
