Product Line Manager (PLM)

positions aligned with our C5ISR Modular Solutions business unit which develops Curtiss-Wright’s most advanced embedded electronics. You should have relevant industry experience and passion for technology, combined with strong sales and business leadership skills, to join the Curtiss-Wright team. Positions are available in the US and Canada. Location:

US remote or based out of a Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions US facility (NOT CA, NY, MN) As our Product Line Manager, you will be part of a Product Management team responsible for the overall success of the entire C5ISR product portfolio and be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product lines and application areas, such as mission processing, signal processing, HPEC processing architectures, CPU/FPGA/GPU and networking technologies, and emerging embedded edge AI processing systems. As the technical and product SME, you will help grow the business through participation in bids, proposals, and technical reviews. Responsible for the success of embedded product lines from inception to sunset, understanding market needs and developing innovative solutions. Ensure products provide market differentiation and support business growth. Develop strategies for existing and new products, including business cases, ROI models, pricing, and forecasts. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to define solutions and support product development. Oversee product lifecycle, sales forecasts, margin monitoring, and enhancements. Develop partner relationships and support customer relationships and deals. Provide technical and marketing input on solution proposals. Support new product launches and promotional content creation. Participate in industry standards and collaborative product development. What You Bring Relevant hardware/software engineering or business degree, or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years in Product/Engineering Management or technical Product Marketing. US citizenship and security clearance or ability to obtain one. Ability to understand market needs and develop differentiated products. Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of defense/aerospace technology. Skills Motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented. Strong business acumen and data analysis skills. Knowledge of embedded computing systems and relevant technologies (e.g., Intel/Arm processors, FPGA, GPU, Ethernet, VITA standards, embedded Linux, safety standards, cryptography).
