Campus Recruiting Manager

Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 2 days/week)

Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership and the recruiting team to create and lead a successful recruitment strategy
• Consistently evaluate and improve the campus recruiting program, taking into consideration candidate expectations, feedback, trends, and competition
• Build the candidate pipeline through the organization and execution of on campus and virtual events
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, providing a positive candidate experience
• Support hiring teams in making decisions on finalists and job offer recommendations
• Leverage data to analyze program results and recruitment trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of experience managing a campus recruiting program that attracts top talent in a competitive marketplace
• 1+ years of direct people management experience
• Professional services experience strongly preferred
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills, both written & verbal
• Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities
