Associate Consultant - Agency Recruiter
Beacon Hill is looking for an Associate Consultant (Agency Recruiter) to find, interview, and qualify job seekers for permanent roles with companies in your local market. Your day will involve engaging candidates over the phone, via email, and in person, coaching them through resume editing, interview preparation, and post‑interview feedback, while building strong relationships and maintaining a book of business.
Base pay range
$45,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective candidates using job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
- Proactively cold‑call to contact candidates and set up interviews; make a high volume of outreach calls.
- Interview prospective candidates to assess fit with client needs.
- Prep candidates for client interviews – review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews.
- Extend good news – present job offers and manage the offer process.
- Check in with candidates on assignment to ensure their success.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- A love for working with people and ability to listen, understand, and explain.
- Strong self‑motivation and drive to make a high volume of calls—always willing to go the extra mile.
- Judgment and discretion in matching candidates with business needs.
- Leadership skills and competitive drive.
