Campus Recruiting Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 2 days/week)
Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership and the recruiting team to create and lead a successful recruitment strategy
Consistently evaluate and improve the campus recruiting program, taking into consideration candidate expectations, feedback, trends, and competition
Build the candidate pipeline through the organization and execution of on campus and virtual events
Manage the full candidate lifecycle, providing a positive candidate experience
Support hiring teams in making decisions on finalists and job offer recommendations
Leverage data to analyze program results and recruitment trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of experience managing a campus recruiting program that attracts top talent in a competitive marketplace
1+ years of direct people management experience
Professional services experience strongly preferred
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, both written & verbal
Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities
