Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with design engineering on new product introduction to ensure manufacturability.
- Evaluate and select new manufacturing equipment and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, optimizing production processes
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with CAD software and manufacturing process design/simulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or data analysis.
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools or building manufacturing dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) or experience leading large capital projects.
- Hands-on experience with robotics programming or advanced automation systems beyond PLCs.
