Position Overview Title: Medication Partner Type: Full Time Location: Highland Heights, Ohio

Starting wage: $22‑$24 per hour

Shift Schedule: Week 1: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday Week 2: Monday/Saturday/Sunday, 7am‑7pm

Responsibilities

Advocate of Empathy – understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

Engaged Egghead – be curious, ask questions, and pursue development, growth, and training.

Ensure proper administration of medication.

Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.

Proactive – assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Appropriately certified per state guidelines; certification must be active and in good standing.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional in appearance and conduct.

Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with coworkers.

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our residents.

Positive and energetic attitude who will love our residents.

Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Capacity to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and to assist after a fall.

Criminal clearance.

Good health, physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks; health screening required within 6 months prior or 7 days after employment.
