Position Care Partner (Full Time)
Location: Solon, Ohio
Wage: $18–$20 per hour
Shift Schedule:
Week 1: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday, 7 a‑7 p
Week 2: Monday/Saturday/Sunday, 7 a‑7 p

Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy – create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Generous Gift Giver – be present, share your talents, and be someone others can count on.
– create an inclusive and positive environment by investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and community.
Engaged Egghead – be curious, ask questions, don’t assume you can’t learn, and engage in your development and training.
Proactive – assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude; love residents.
Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
Active – able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
