Position Details
Position: Care Partner
Position Type: Full‑Time
Location: Highland Heights, Ohio
Starting Wage: $18‑$20 per hour
Shift Schedule: Week 1 – Monday/Saturday/Sunday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; Week 2 – Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy: Build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
Generous Gift Giver: Be present and dependable, someone others can count on.
: Create an inclusive, positive environment with wholehearted investment.
Engaged Egghead: Be curious, ask questions, and pursue development and training.
Proactive: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
Computer skills: print documents and enter resident information.
Active: able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
