Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and databases.

• Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and ensuring they receive proper assistance.

• Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible.

• Support team members by preparing reports and presentations as needed.

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to complete tasks effectively.

• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and office management practices.
