$180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

About the Role

We are working with an AI startup based in San Francisco who are looking for an experienced in‑house Tech recruiter to build and scale the business from the ground up.

You’ll own full‑cycle recruiting across engineering, design, GTM, and operations, designing interview processes, sourcing strategy, and building systems that support rapid, quality growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own full‑cycle recruiting across multiple functions
• Design and optimise interview loops, scorecards, and recruitment processes
• Source creatively across technical and creative talent pools
• Partner with leadership on headcount planning and hiring strategy
• Build scalable recruiting systems and track key metrics (time‑to‑hire, pass‑throughs, source mix)
