Principal Recruiter Mid - Senior appointments for HR, Payroll, Talent, Resourcing and Reward Tech Recruiter Base Pay Range $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr About the Role We are working with an AI startup based in San Francisco who are looking for an experienced in‑house Tech recruiter to build and scale the business from the ground up. You’ll own full‑cycle recruiting across engineering, design, GTM, and operations, designing interview processes, sourcing strategy, and building systems that support rapid, quality growth.
