About the Opportunity A well-established, tight-knit GC seeking an Estimator to join its high-performing Preconstruction team. This position will support a 3‑person estimating group, currently operating with two team members and looking to return to its ideal team size of three.

What You’ll Do
Prepare detailed estimates for a range of commercial construction projects.
Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and subcontractor coordination.
Assist in developing bid strategies and proposals.
Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Support conceptual estimating and early budgeting efforts.
Ensure accuracy, organization, and clear communication throughout the bid cycle.
Experience They’re Looking For
3–5 years of estimating experience
in the construction industry.
Experience from
either a General Contractor or a Subcontractor
is welcome.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Driven, humble, and willing to learn— not someone set in their ways .
Solid understanding of construction drawings, scopes, and processes.
Able to thrive in a small‑team environment with flexibility and growth potential.
Positive attitude and humble approach.
Detail‑oriented and organized.
Accountable and dependable.
Interested in becoming a well‑rounded estimator.
