Position Overview
Were seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead operations and clinical performance in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) during night shifts. This is a key leadership opportunity for a nurse with strong med-surg and ICU experience, excellent team-building skills, and a passion for mentoring others. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care, while driving quality outcomes and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of residence/practice
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Two years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting as a manager or director
Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing
Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
Work Schedule Full-time, Night Shift
