Description The Executive Director of Strategic Growth will lead Raleigh Radiology’s growth strategy, focusing on market expansion, revenue diversification, and developing strategic partnerships. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening current business relationships and opportunities, crafting data-driven strategy, and executing initiatives that align with Raleigh Radiology's mission and goals. The ideal candidate is an innovative, results-oriented leader with strong analytical skills, a robust business network, and proven experience driving growth and expansion in a competitive landscape.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning and Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that support long-term organizational goals, with a focus on market entry, revenue generation, and product/service expansion.

Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and create actionable business plans.

Establish clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and timelines to track progress and measure the success of growth initiatives.

Market Expansion and Revenue Generation

Drive initiatives to expand into new geographic markets, service lines, or customer segments to increase market presence and revenue streams.

Innovate and identify new revenue-generating strategies, including monetization of existing services, development of new products, and optimizing existing offerings.

Lead cross-functional teams to launch and scale new products or services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.

Partnership and Relationship Management

Establish and maintain high-impact relationships with external stakeholders, including strategic partners, industry influencers, and other organizations to support growth initiatives.

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships that align with the organization’s mission and enhance its market position.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure partnership agreements that support growth objectives and ensure mutual benefits.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration

Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, IT and Operations) to ensure alignment and support for growth strategies.

Facilitate regular communication and alignment between departments, fostering a collaborative environment that supports growth objectives.

Lead cross-departmental initiatives, coordinating resources and setting clear expectations to ensure the successful execution of growth projects.

Financial Oversight and Performance Measurement

Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting for growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to executive leadership on the impact and progress of growth initiatives.

Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and evolving market conditions to optimize growth efforts and achieve targets.

Develop a strategic compensation model.

Team Development and Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing strategic growth team, setting clear goals and promoting a culture of accountability and innovation.

Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members, encouraging professional growth and skill development.

Foster a results-oriented environment that encourages team collaboration, creativity, and a proactive approach to challenges.

Requirements Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic growth, business development, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in [specific industry, e.g., healthcare, technology, or finance], with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics.
