Food Production Manager 2 – MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, DC.

What You'll Do
Directly manage all culinary operations for retail, patient feeding, and catering.
Maintain and adjust production schedules; cover shifts as needed.
Implement and standardize culinary systems and procedures for the hospital.
Monitor, audit, and develop menus; maintain GC audit books.
Serve as food and physical safety manager and oversee annual training for 15 frontline staff.
Handle procurement, vendor relationships, and purchasing audits.
Conduct yearly culinary foundations training and improve catering services.
Deliver innovative retail, catering, and patient service ideas.
Build interpersonal relationships with clients within the hospital.
