Key Responsibilities
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.

Experience leading teams and managing organizational change within complex organizations.
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to identify new opportunities.
Ability to initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and document end‑to‑end workflows, and complete functional design.
Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and configure or integrate SAP and non‑SAP systems.
Proven ability to construct and direct technology projects aligned with organizational goals.
Expertise in project and program delivery methodologies, mentoring and developing others.
Strong analytical skills for creative solution development for complex problems.
Strategic thinking to drive sales, business growth, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of relevant experience with SAP modules and full‑cycle implementations.
Strong knowledge of Data Privacy principles.
Expertise in Master Data Management practices.
Experience with Data Governance frameworks.
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Management concepts.
Proficiency in Metadata Management.
Understanding of Ontology Design.
Knowledge of IT Operating Models.
Familiarity with Data Fabric concepts.
Prior consulting experience.
Specialized skills in Data Fabric, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, and related disciplines.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Experience managing SAP projects or work streams and project‑based teams.
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer environments and advisory experience in finance and technology functions.
Ability to research client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
Proven experience in governance and leadership oversight for enterprise SAP data migration programs.
A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Ideal Additional Experience
Experience with Data Office Organization and IT Architecture.
Familiarity with Digital Fluency and Hybrid Collaboration techniques.
Strong emotional agility for navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
Experience with enterprise SAP Data Migration, Master Data Governance and Data Analytics is highly preferred.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
