Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics. Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results. Skills & Attributes for Success
Strong understanding of data governance and management principles. Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience leading teams and managing organizational change within complex organizations. Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to identify new opportunities. Ability to initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and document workflows, as well as functional design of the solution. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems. Proven ability to construct and direct technology projects in line with organizational goals. Expertise in project and program delivery methodologies, with the ability to mentor and develop others. Strategic thinking to drive sales, business growth, and client satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 5‑7 years of relevant experience working with one or more SAP modules with full‑cycle implementations inside the core module. Strong knowledge of Data Privacy principles. Expertise in Master Data Management practices. Experience with Data Governance frameworks. Familiarity with Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Management concepts. Proficiency in Metadata Management. Understanding of Ontology Design. Knowledge of IT Operating Models. Familiarity with Data Fabric concepts. Prior consulting experience. Specialized skills in Data Fabric, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, and other data management disciplines. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP projects or work streams and project‑based team members. Willingness to travel to meet client needs. Ideal Experience
Experience with Data Office Organization and IT Architecture. Familiarity with Digital Fluency and Hybrid Collaboration techniques. Strong emotional agility to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. Experience with enterprise SAP Data Migration, Master Data Governance and Data Analytics is highly preferred. A proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues. What We Offer
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package based on performance and recognized value. Base salary ranges US: $144,000 to $329,100. Medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off. Flexible hybrid model with 40‑60% in‑person client service.
