This position leads the administration, operations, and strategic evolution of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) ecosystem. The role manages the Salesforce CRM team, partners closely with fundraising teams, and ensures Salesforce supports donor stewardship, relationship management, and revenue operations. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis skills, navigates ambiguity, and excels at translating complex needs into scalable systems and processes. Key Responsibilities
Salesforce NPSP Administration & Operations: Oversee day‑to‑day operations, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce NPSP. Ensure system reliability, data quality, user access management, and alignment with fundraising workflows. Lead enhancements, backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and deployment of Salesforce features. Translate user needs into system configuration, workflows, and automation. Serve as CRM liaison to fundraising, donor relations, and marketing teams. Understand fundraising strategies, donor pipelines, and revenue reporting needs. Provide proactive solutions that improve fundraiser workflows and CRM adoption. Gather business requirements and negotiate priorities with stakeholders. Align needs across fundraising, IT, and executive teams. Communicate roadmap, constraints, and change‑management requirements. Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and iterative work processes. Maintain sprint cadence, backlog management, and delivery of enhancements. Ensure documentation, testing, and release management follow standards. Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture. Business Analysis & Problem Solving
Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Translate complex problems into functional and technical solutions. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 5–8 years of Salesforce experience, including hands‑on NPSP administration. 2–4 years managing Salesforce CRM or technical teams. Experience working with fundraisers and donor‑engagement workflows. Agile Scrum experience managing iterative work pipelines. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Thought leadership in CRM strategy and nonprofit technology. Salesforce certifications are a plus. Core Competencies
