Commercial General Contractor
Our client, a reputable and growing Commercial General Contractor, is seeking a highly skilled construction leader to join their team and oversee large-scale educational developments from concept to completion.
About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex ground-up K-12 projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, work closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and ensure smooth execution across all phases of construction. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of ground-up K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field staff Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong long‑term relationships Manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasting Review contracts, change orders, and procurement activities Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards Partner with the Superintendent to drive successful field operations Support business development and contribute to proposal efforts as needed Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills Ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Solid tenure at previous employers and a commitment to long‑term career growth What’s on Offer
