Oline Construction is expanding across Texas and the Midwest, and we’re looking for an experienced
Project Manager based in Fort Worth
to help lead commercial and industrial projects throughout the region.

What You’ll Lead Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Travel 30%+ to project sites across Texas
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement
Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, change orders, and quality control
Coordinate closely with field teams, design partners, owners, and vendors
Drive OAC meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders
Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget
Build strong relationships that support repeat business and long‑term partnerships
What We’re Looking For 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Proven ability to manage ground‑up and/or large‑scale renovation projects
Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor management
Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
Ability to collaborate effectively with superintendents and field teams
A problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to project sites
