Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring Mid-Level and Senior Planners to support our Emergent Operations teams located in Everett, WA. The role supports the implementation and sustainment of new and existing build plans that significantly impact the quality and cost performance of the program. This role requires adaptability in a dynamic team with critical deliverables and urgent factory support. Collaboration and creative problem‑solving are essential.

We are hiring across experience levels, including Mid‑Level and Senior Manufacturing Planners.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to document as-built configuration.

Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.

Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

Review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing‑related requirements are met.

Develop tooling requirements and manage tools from initial design to end‑of‑use disposition.

Investigate and resolve manufacturing‑related issues.

Perform producibility assessments for part or product designs.

Provide producibility input to design, manufacturing processes, and technologies to meet cost and schedules.

Develop integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.

Draft, update, and review processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Familiarity with systems & test commodities and/or manufacturing processes.

3+ years experience with CMES application.

3+ years experience reading, understanding, and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Ability to provide shipside support to resolve production issues.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of aerospace systems and test fabrication and/or installation experience.

(Senior level) 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Shift This role is primarily first shift; additional shift requirements may be needed to support program objectives.

Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Mid‑Level (Level 3): $77,350 – $104,650

Senior (Level 4): $92,650 – $125,350
