8 to 12 years of experience in designing and building software, preferably for commercial enterprise applications or systems 3+ years of experience leading development teams Proficiency in programming languages, particularly C++ and/or Java Extensive experience developing on Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms A Bachelor's Degree in a computing‑related discipline How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
