We’re seeking a
Senior Property Accountant
to join a dynamic real estate team and take ownership of
full-cycle accounting
across a diverse
portfolio of commercial and residential properties .
Key Responsibilities
Manage
full-cycle accounting : AP, AR, intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and review
CAM reconciliations ,
cash flow analyses , and
capital expenditure reports .
Collaborate closely with property managers and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and portfolio performance.
Assist with
monthly, quarterly, and annual closes .
Maintain compliance with company policies, GAAP standards, and audit requirements.
Qualifications
3–5+ years
of property accounting experience (commercial and/or residential).
Strong command of
Yardi, or Appfolio
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills — ability to partner with operations and leadership.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
