is the leading franchisee of ToGo Foods – the franchisor for Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, and Jamba Juice. We operate locations across the United States and are expanding our team.
Position Summary Jamba Juice Store Managers are responsible for overall operations, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence. Managers typically supervise a staff of 10‑40 team members and carry out management responsibilities consistent with Jamba Juice policies and legal requirements. Core characteristics include integrity, trust, ethics, customer focus, and action orientation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Hiring and Staffing: Attract, recruit, interview, select, and retain team members that meet Jamba profile requirements; ensure appropriate staffing levels to accommodate sales fluctuations and business needs.
Developing Subordinates: Train team members in product knowledge and service standards; conduct ongoing individual and group training; coach, counsel, and discipline; develop internal people pipelines for growth.
Total Quality Management: Review business practices, determine customer and team member needs, and create strategies to improve performance. Maintain proper scheduling, monitor time‑keeping, and communicate job expectations and performance goals.
Managerial Courage: Monitor and appraise ongoing performance; write reviews, recommend promotions, and resolve disputes swiftly and honestly.
Building Team Spirit: Foster a highly productive store environment through training excellence and leadership of the F.I.B.E.R. framework (Fun, Integrity, Belief, Excellence, Results). Conduct monthly one‑on‑one meetings and quarterly store meetings.
Qualifications
High school diploma or comparable experience required.
BA/BS in business or related field preferred.
Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 2 years successful management experience with direct P&L accountability.
Service, hospitality, or retail/restaurant experience preferred.
Experience supervising line, staff, and management positions.
Background in nutrition highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal, management, financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Sound judgment and the ability to persuade others to make right decisions.
Professionalism and optimistic attitude in all situations.
Self‑starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility.
Proficient in personal computers and related software (Microsoft Office, e‑mail, etc.).

Job Requirements/Physical Demands
Must be 18 years old or older.
Essential job functions require prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand/arm motions.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Effective work in a fast‑paced, highly stressed environment.
Agile and adaptable.
Assist in training and developing new hires.
Occasional long hours within state and federal laws.
Write simple correspondence in English and share information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
Test products by taste, color, and smell.
License/Certifications
Reliable transportation.
Current ServSafe certification required; if not current, must pass within 30 days of employment.
Food Handler Permit as required by local laws.
Compliance with all local health department requirements.
Work Environment The work environment is representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential job functions.
