What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex issues and project work.
Lead deployments, configurations, and migrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-prem environments.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and SonicWall firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
Implement and support backup/disaster recovery, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V/SAN), and automation via PowerShell.
Partner with clients to assess needs, recommend solutions, and execute strategic initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with senior engineers and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
2+ years in the MSP world with deep knowledge of delivering tech solutions.
Ability to juggle multiple projects while managing escalated support tickets.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and SonicWall firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and network routing.
Proficiency in virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper‑V, plus managing SAN storage environments.
Understanding of backup and disaster recovery, and familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as EDR and MDR.
