About the Role As a Sr. Manager of Overlay Program Management, you will grow and lead the Overlay Programs team, responsible for the design, execution, and governance of cross‑cutting overlay initiatives that operate across OCI organizations. The charter is to partner closely with leaders, architects, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives with broad impact. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring influence, alignment across diverse groups, and ownership of complex overlay initiatives from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities
Lead OCI overlay program strategy sessions, thinking holistically about organization‑wide processes, program adoption, communication, and engagement.
Launch, track, and manage cross‑functional overlay initiatives, defining KPIs, success measures, and reporting to executive sponsors.
Identify and spearhead process and tooling initiatives that enhance operational consistency and performance across multiple teams.
Mentor and grow a team of technical program managers, aligning their focus to overlay program needs that support OCI’s strategic vision.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and effectively facilitate cooperation and adoption across diverse teams and lines of business.
Actively seek out and amplify stakeholder engagement and collaboration to ensure overlay program success, driving adoption and measurable impact.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to navigate, influence, and align across multiple organizational boundaries.
Experience with conflict resolution.
Attention to detail with structured, creative problem‑solving skills.
Proven experience organizing and managing multiple, matrixed teams and initiatives.
Direct people management and mentoring experience is preferred.
Excellent communicator for executive presence, written and verbal.
Versatile, adaptable, and committed to driving efficient productivity.
Experience planning and leading strategic, organization‑wide initiatives.
Strong project reporting skills, emphasizing interdepartmental and cross‑organizational communication.
Technical understanding of cloud technologies and industry best practices.
Compensation & Benefits US: Hiring range 118,500 – 251,600 USD per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
