Assistant Store Manager, Concord/Martinez Base pay range

$60,500.00/yr - $69,600.00/yr

Overview Join Starbucks as an Assistant Store Manager in the Concord/Martinez area. This role is full-time and involves leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and store operations.

Responsibilities

Help lead a team to deliver moments of connection and joy in the store.

Operate in a way that reflects Starbucks values, craft, and community focus.

Support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming environment for customers and partners.

Qualifications

2 years retail / customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service

Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment

Minimum High School or GED

Requirements

Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application

Ability to work full time (often >40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
