Job Description We are looking for a natural leader with strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills. Position: General Manager.
Job Requirements and Duties
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to schedule, perfect image, standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
Advancement Many team members began as delivery drivers and are now franchise owners. From driver to manager, general manager to franchisee or corporate operations manager.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Training: orientation and on‑the‑job training.
Communication skills: give clear written instructions; process orders verbally and over the phone.
Essential functions/skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly; make correct monetary change; verbal, written, telephone order processing; motor coordination; eye‑hand coordination; enter orders using keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash, performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36° to above 90°. Exposure to fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Hearing and vision required for phone and in‑store tasks. Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs.
