Capitol Volkswagen, part of the Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG), is one of the largest Volkswagen dealerships in the Bay Area. We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who can provide 100% guest satisfaction and drive results with a dynamic, tech‑savvy culture.
Base pay range $36,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr
What you’ll be working on As a sales professional, you will respond to high‑volume internet leads via email, phone, and face‑to‑face communication. You will help guests find the right vehicle, provide industry knowledge, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
You must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
We set you up for success
DGDG offers a 90‑day sales training plan with one‑on‑one support.
Additional incentives on our volume‑based pay plan for the first three months while you get up to speed.
What you need to bring to the table
Customer/client facing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Tech‑savvy – familiarity with social media, email, and basic office programs
Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
Nice experience to have
0–1 year of relevant experience (e.g., retail sales, customer service, call center, inside sales, or hospitality)
Sales experience in the automotive industry
Compensation and Incentives
Base salary $36,000–$150,000 per year.
Commission based on individual sales metrics and volume.
