Job Description The Network Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for architecting, delivering, and operating the global infrastructure: Firewalls, Proxy/Load Balancers, DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM), Secure Cloud Connectivity, Security Architecture, and Business Partner Connections. The team works closely with IP Protection and Cybersecurity, focusing on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Responsibilities
Implement, troubleshoot, and support firewall rule requests, DNS updates, incident handling, and user/developer interface.
Maintain Firewall, Proxy/Load Balancers, and DDI infrastructure following change control procedures.
Design and implement application network segmentation for on‑prem and cloud environments.
Architect and implement cloud connectivity solutions: VPN, AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute.
Build new network zones and firewall policies for project tasks.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and security infrastructure issues.
Apply company data security policies and monitor networks for violations.
Investigate and remediate security incidents, research threat trends, and proactively prevent incidents.
Escalate alerts, provide support to other IT functions and end‑users.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience in network and security areas.
Experience supporting Security Infrastructure: Firewalls, Proxy/Load Balancers, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
Vendor experience (Check Point, Infoblox, VMware NSX, Citrix, Palo Alto).
Cloud connectivity and architecture experience (AWS, Azure).
Ability to configure and support BGP routing on network security devices.
Effective written and oral English communication.
Comfortable working in a global distributed team.
Flexibility and willingness to travel globally.
Additional Information
CISSP or related Network Security certification preferred.
AWS Advanced Networking or Azure Security Engineer Associate preferred.
Check Point CCSE, CNSE preferred.
