Job Overview
You've been working your way up in the restaurant world for awhile. Maybe you even have a little college under your belt on the subject. Whatever the case may be, you know you want to manage a restaurant. Domino's Pizza is looking for a dedicated Manager to oversee store operations and ensure the highest quality service and profitability.
Responsibilities
Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
Set the example for the crew and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Staff management, including scheduling and payroll paperwork.
Manage food production: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and maintain daily cleaning of equipment and facility.
Ensure adherence to store standards and maintain a "perfect image."
Handle marketing, promotion, and profitability analyses.
All other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications & Skills
General job duties for all store team members.
Operate all equipment and maintain inventory records.
Receive and process telephone orders accurately.
Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and provide correct monetary change.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination and quick, precise hand movements on a computer, keyboard, or touch screen.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Background in food service or restaurant operations preferred.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Stand, walk, and move on various work surfaces; lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
Work in temperature ranges from 36°F to 90°F+; handle hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Expose to fumes, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
Perform repetitive tasks such as dough shaping, pizza assembly, and box packaging.
Provide safe driving and vehicle operation for delivery duties (see below).
Driving Duties & Requirements
Deliver product by car to customers and deliver flyers or door hangers.
Maintain a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle for delivery activities.
Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes while carrying product.
