About The Team
The Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate Manager to reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect our platform from would‑be fraudsters. You'll focus on creating strategy and executing ambitious goals around consumer incentives to prevent fraud. You'll grow familiar with our three audiences — Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants — and help promote a balance between user experience and fraud prevention.

You’ll Have the Opportunity To
Define and implement DoorDash’s strategy in new areas and deliver direct business impact.
Enable new launches across DoorDash’s platform – build customer incentives to prevent fraud.
Influence and engage across the company – partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
Improve through experimentation—run data‑driven tests to reduce fraud while accelerating growth.
We’re Excited About You Because You Have
4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, bizops, investment banking, analytics or related fields; high‑growth tech experience preferred.
Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Excel required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation Base salary will fall within the pay range of $98,600 – $145,000 USD, localized according to work location. Opportunities for equity grants are also included.

This position is expected to be filled by 2/6/2026.
