An ABA services organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a team responsible for payroll, billing, and administrative workflows. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple staff members.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing a team of six responsible for payroll and billing
Tracking tasks and deadlines through Monday.com or similar tools
Conducting staff meetings and reviewing team performance
Handling escalations and resolving workflow gaps
Ensuring operational efficiency across all administrative functions
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong team management and leadership experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to hold staff accountable and track progress
ABA experience a plus but not required
Salary:
$75k - $90k/Year
