As the Director of Sales Desk (Bridge Lending) based in Atlanta or Dallas, you will report to the head of the Healthcare Bridge team and manage the full lifecycle of healthcare bridge lending opportunities, working to close loans through underwriting, credit, and closing support teams.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the primary internal-facing entry point for all prospective healthcare bridge lending opportunities generated from the originator network.

Screen healthcare bridge loan candidates in partnership with the team.

Manage loans through sizing, quoting, and application to ensure a positive client experience and compliance with bridge policies.

Transition loans to underwriting, credit, and closing support teams for execution.

Collaborate with loan originators, underwriters, credit, legal, and accounting departments to execute defined lending strategies.

Keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities and inform colleagues and senior management.

Participate in internal credit committee and external client marketing efforts.

Represent Greystone at industry conferences and events.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required

Bachelor’s degree.

10+ years of experience in healthcare bridge lending, on either the origination or underwriting side.

Track record and knowledge of the bridge lending marketplace.

Detail-oriented with strong organization and project‑management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to exercise intellectual honesty in presenting information.

Problem‑solving ability and independent judgment while displaying creativity, initiative, accuracy, and integrity.

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects, complete multiple tasks on schedule.

Strong work ethic and ethical standards.

Frequent travel required.
