Responsibilities
Serve as a primary, internal‑facing entry point for all prospective healthcare bridge lending opportunities generated from the originator network. Senior member of a team of professionals tasked with screening healthcare bridge loan candidates. Manage loans through the sizing, quote and application process to ensure a positive client experience and maintain/comply with the policies and appetites of the bridge business. Transition loans to underwriting, credit and closing support teams for closing/execution. Collaborate with loan originators, underwriters, credit, legal, and accounting departments to execute on defined lending strategies. Keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities and inform colleagues and senior management. Participate in internal credit committee process. Communicate with internal origination team on latest bridge lending trends related to lending appetite and/or credit parameters. Understand the competitive lending landscape and participate in program criteria adjustments and updates. Participate in external client marketing efforts. Represent Greystone and the Bridge Platform at industry conferences and events. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years of healthcare experience as a member of a bridge lending team on either the origination or underwriting portion of the business. Track record with and knowledge of the bridge lending marketplace. Detail‑oriented with strong organization/project management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. An ability to exercise intellectual honesty when presenting information. Ability to problem‑solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of creativity, initiative, accuracy, and integrity. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects, complete multiple tasks on schedule. Demonstrated work ethic and ethical standards. Frequent travel required. Location:

Sales and Business Development Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is
$180,000 to $200,000
per year. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance reviewed during the annual review process. Greystone is an EEO employer.
