Restaurant Manager-in-Training

Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise culinary activities.
Manage FOH & BOH schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees.
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
Develop a high‑performing team through coaching, development plans, and skills training to grow future team leaders.
Drive sales by partnering with the District Manager and team members to execute excellent operations.
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
\ Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or related fields.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to communicate in English.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Three years or more experience in restaurant management.

Job Type Full‑time
Pay Range $68,640.00 - $85,000.00 per year
