We are seeking a

Restaurant Manager‑in‑Training

position to join our team for all Dough Zone restaurants located in

California State (San Mateo, Cupertino, North San Jose, South San Jose, and Walnut Creek) . Please feel free to discuss the specifics with the hiring managers during the onsite interview.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and supervise all culinary activities

Manage FOH & BOH schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees

Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation

Develop a high‑performing team by coaching, creating development plans, and building skills through training to grow future team leaders

Drive sales by partnering with the District Manager and team members to execute excellent operations

Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or related fields

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to communicate in English

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Three years or more experience in restaurant management

Interview Location: A one of our store locations, please communicate with the hiring manager

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay Range: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
