M&A Tax Senior/Manager
to join their North East team (Offices in NYC, Boston and CT). This role offers the chance to work directly with high-growth pre-IPO, public, and private equity–backed companies, providing strategic advice on complex
M&A transactions, tax structuring, and integration planning . You’ll be surrounded by colleagues with Big Four backgrounds, while enjoying the benefits of a more entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Highlights of the role:
Lead tax due diligence engagements and advise on structuring transactions, integrations, and divestitures.
Provide technical analysis on ownership changes, stock basis, E&P, and cross-border considerations.
Collaborate with financial due diligence and other advisory teams on high-profile deals.
Mentor and develop junior professionals while managing multiple projects.
Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor in a growing practice.
What they’re looking for:
CPA, JD, or advanced tax qualification.
8+ years of M&A tax experience.
Strong background in tax diligence, structuring, and corporate tax.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
