Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to support their team!
This role starts ASAP and will last 3-6 months.
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Location: New York, NY (Fully Onsite)
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as gatekeeper, directing visitors and phone calls
- Managing complex executive calendars
- Creating all presentation collateral for meetings
- Arranging travel plans and itineraries
- Submitting expense reports
- Overseeing additional administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Finance experience is a plus
- Organized, efficient, and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
