Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to support their team!

This role starts ASAP and will last 3-6 months.

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Location: New York, NY (Fully Onsite)

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as gatekeeper, directing visitors and phone calls
  • Managing complex executive calendars
  • Creating all presentation collateral for meetings
  • Arranging travel plans and itineraries
  • Submitting expense reports
  • Overseeing additional administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Finance experience is a plus
  • Organized, efficient, and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
