Montessori School of Waukesha is seeking a visionary Head of School (Chief Executive Officer) to lead our mission-driven community beginning June 2026. The Head of School will serve as the school’s chief executive and educational leader, guiding the strategic, operational, and cultural direction of the school and its affiliated Montessori Teacher Education Program. This role requires a leader who can inspire faculty, students, and families while ensuring program excellence across all levels, from early childhood through middle school. The HOS will work closely with an experienced leadership team and the Board of Trustees to advance MSOW’s mission, uphold Montessori principles, and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, community engagement, instructional leadership, and the cultivation of a positive and equitable school culture.
