SAP - Data Senior Manager – Tech Consulting – Location OPEN
EY invites you to join as a Senior Manager in Data Management & Strategy, leading impactful SAP data solutions for clients worldwide. Role is open for anyone anywhere in the country.
Key Responsibilities As a Senior Manager you will design and govern comprehensive data lifecycle practices, ensure data security and monetization, and perform maturity assessments on data governance capabilities.
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Typically, 5-7 years of relevant experience working with one or more SAP modules with full‑cycle implementations inside your core module.
Strong knowledge of Data Privacy principles.
Expertise in Master Data Management practices.
Experience with Data Governance frameworks.
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Management concepts.
Proficiency in Metadata Management.
Understanding of Ontology Design.
Knowledge of IT Operating Models.
Familiarity with Data Fabric concepts.
Prior consulting experience.
Specialized skills in Data Fabric, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, and other data management disciplines.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Experience managing SAP projects or work streams and project‑based team members.
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry‑specific finance and technology functions.
Ability and comfort‑level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
Proven experience providing governance and leadership oversight for enterprise SAP data migration programs.
A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
