Senior Analyst or Associate

Key Responsibilities
Support execution of
M&A and Capital Markets transactions
across diverse industries.
Perform detailed
financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence .
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
Collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients in a
fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting .
Contribute to deal origination efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2‑4 years
of direct
investment banking experience
(M&A or Capital Markets focus preferred).
Strong technical skills in
financial modeling and valuation .
Ability to thrive in a
lean team structure
and manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ties to Minneapolis
(currently based or willing to relocate due to personal/professional connections).
