Overview We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Austin or Dallas, TX to oversee data center build projects. The Program Manager will lead cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. You will use judgment, negotiation skills, influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non‑value‑add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and accelerate project delivery.
Responsibilities The successful candidate will be a strong communicator (written and verbal), not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities, and be capable of understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts. They will apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and demonstrate experience in scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk management, reporting, and metric development/tracking. Other requirements include experience with MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software)
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology, or 2+ years of directly managing multiple large projects
Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
Experience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure
Experience in project management including resource planning, schedule management, status reporting, and prioritizing tasks for multiple projects

Compensation and Benefits The base pay for this position ranges from $114,400/year in the lowest geographic market up to $205,500/year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
