We have immediate openings for
full-time
positions and
will assist you through the RBT certification process!
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide
one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

Graduates (or a degree in progress) within the field of: Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work & Counseling
Someone that is dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic!
Individuals with experience in the following fields are encouraged to apply: paraprofessionals, nannies, babysitters, caregivers, teachers or Montessori guides, coaches, tutors, camp counselors
