Job Description Whether entry‑level to the field of ABA or well‑versed as an RBT, we encourage all candidates to apply and support our mission of helping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings for part‑time positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one‑on‑one, play‑based ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
Responsibilities
Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic‑based environment
Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

Graduates (or a degree in progress) in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work & Counseling
Someone dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic
Experience in paraprofessionals, nannies, babysitters, caregivers, teachers or Montessori guides, coaches, tutors, camp counselors encouraged
Qualifications
18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED
