Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analog Design Engineer to lead the development of cutting‑edge analog circuits and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analog design and a strong background in CMOS technology and photonics. This role requires innovative thinking and technical leadership to drive projects from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of analog circuits, including transceivers and power amplifiers.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
Utilize Cadence Virtuoso and other design tools to create and validate circuit designs.
Conduct simulation and analysis for signal integrity, including the use of Spectre RF and EMX.
Develop and optimize
transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs)
for high‑speed applications.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in design methodologies and best practices.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in analog IC design with a focus on CMOS and photonics.
Proven track record of designing
GHz‑speed
circuits and systems.
Strong expertise in Cadence
Virtuoso , HFSS, and signal integrity analysis.
Familiarity with advanced design techniques and tools related to analog and RF design.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
