Scroll-stopping hook:
Without Big 4 hours.
Yes, really.
But very few deliver both at once. This one does.
You’ll step into a role where you work with sophisticated clients, drive strategy, and lead teams, without sacrificing your life, your evenings, or your sanity.
Why leave your current job for this one? Because this is the rare combination of progression, innovation, and upside:
A clear path into office leadership
You won’t wait years for opportunity, the firm is actively building future leaders.
PE-backed… in the best way
They’re the smallest PE-backed CPA firm in the country, which means reinvestment is real.
Every single team member receives profit share. Not just partners.
Innovation actually matters here
Ideas aren’t ignored, they’re encouraged, tested, and implemented. If you want to shape a firm, not just work in one, this is where you’ll thrive.
What you’ll be doing
Review of tax returns will be focused either on HNW Individuals or entities including S-Corps, Partnerships and C-Corps
Signing off on returns as and when required
Supporting the wider team with management and mentorship of junior staff members
Work closely with the leadership to continue to improve the office processes
The office has a genuinely social vibe, frequent team events, collaboration with other offices, and national retreats where the firm flies everyone out for both the annual offsite and the holiday party.
Plus: Unlimited PTO, medical coverage, 401(k), and profit share.
This isn’t just culture, it’s commitment.
What experience you will need:
5+ years in public accounting
A CPA license in the state of Texas
Driven, curious, and ready for bigger responsibility
A strong communicator who wants a leadership trajectory, not just another tax season
Looking for a place where effort = opportunity, not burnout
If you’re aiming high, and want a firm that aims just as high, this is your next move.
Not ready to update your resume? That’s fine. The year’s ending, and it’s normal to pause, reflect, and think about what’s next.
