The Mid Level Superintendent - K-12, Municipality - NoVa will be responsible for: Managing and maintaining project schedules Preparing and processing payment requisitions Reviewing, managing, and enforcing contracts Handling change orders, RFIs, and potential change orders (PCOs) Monitoring and controlling project budgets Overseeing submittal and shop drawing submissions Ensuring contractor compliance with project scope Conducting regular progress meetings Performing weekly project site visits Supervising project closeout activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Mid Level Superintendent - K-12, Municipality - NoVa will have: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent Experience managing projects valued at $20M or more Background in municipality, K-12, or public government construction preferred Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety standards Proven ability to lead and supervise field teams effectively Skill in coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Familiarity with project documentation and compliance requirements Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines A valid driver's license and ability to commute regularly to project sites What's on Offer
